This notice describes how TX Pentest handles information submitted through this website. It does not replace engagement-specific data-handling terms.
Information we collect
The scoping form collects your name, work email, organization, requested service, timing, high-level scope, and consent records. Hosting and security providers may process basic request logs such as IP address, user agent, timestamp, and requested URL.
Do not submit sensitive material
Do not use the public form to send passwords, keys, tokens, customer data, vulnerability details, exploit code, health information, payment-card data, or other regulated or confidential content. We establish a protected channel before detailed technical exchange.
How we use information
- Evaluate and respond to an assessment inquiry.
- Prevent abuse and protect the website.
- Maintain records of consent, scope discussions, and business communications.
- Improve content using aggregated, privacy-conscious measurements if analytics is enabled.
Legal basis and sharing
We process inquiry information to respond to your request, pursue legitimate business and security interests, and prepare for a possible contract. We share it only with service providers needed to host, secure, or operate the inquiry process, or when law requires it. We do not sell inquiry data.
Retention and security
Unsuccessful inquiries are normally deleted or de-identified within 12 months unless legal, abuse-prevention, or recordkeeping needs require longer retention. Contract-related records follow applicable contractual and legal schedules. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by emailing privacy@txpentest.com. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required by law.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
