These terms govern use of the TX Pentest website. A signed services agreement and rules of engagement govern any assessment work.

No authorization to test

Nothing on this website, including submission of the intake form or receipt of a response, grants permission to scan, access, test, or interfere with any system. Testing requires separate written authorization from the lawful owner or an authorized representative.

Informational content

Website content is general information, not legal advice, a security certification, or a guarantee that any system is secure. Security conditions change, and assessment conclusions are limited to the agreed scope and test period.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious payloads, impersonate others, infringe rights, or interfere with service availability. Responsible vulnerability reports should follow the disclosure policy.

Intellectual property

Original site content and assets are protected by applicable law. You may link to public pages and quote limited excerpts with attribution. No rights to client materials or assessment work are granted here.

Third-party services

Hosting, form processing, and optional analytics may be provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from this website.

Limitation
